Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Drilling & Conditioning

Gi classes are instructed in the BJJ Gi, relying on grips on the pants, sleeves, lapels, and belt to control movement.

This class includes high-intensity cardio conditioning & technique exercises for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. One-on-one partner drills are incorporated.

We recommend that students with at least one year of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience enroll in this class.
